In Sri Lanka’s agriculture sector, reliability and efficiency of machinery directly impact productivity and profitability. Among the most crucial components of modern harvesters, rubber tracks play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations in paddy fields. However, farmers often face the challenge of premature wear and the lack of warranty coverage for these parts, which leads to higher costs and downtime. Addressing this gap, DIMO Agribusinesses has introduced an industry-first solution through its LOVOL Harvesters- backed by Sri Lanka’s only warranty on rubber tracks. This pioneering move not only enhances farmer confidence but also sets a new benchmark for after-sales service in the agricultural machinery market.

DIMO Agribusinesses, the agricultural arm of DIMO, offers the first and only warranted rubber tracks in Sri Lanka on a harvester through its LOVOL Harvesters. It offers a warranty period of up to 500 working hours, strengthening the lifespan of the rubber tracks on LOVOL harvesters.
Rubber tracks on most harvesters tend to wear out quickly during operation, and companies typically do not offer a warranty for them. However, DIMO has enhanced the durability of the rubber tracks used in its LOVOL harvesters and now offers a warranty covering 500 working hours. A full warranty is provided for the first 300 hours, while a prorated warranty applies from 300 to 500 hours, based on usage. In addition, DIMO offers an unmatched two-year warranty on the LOVOL harvester itself.
Furthermore, during the Yala season, DIMO launched its LOVOL Service Care campaign, offering door-to-door service for LOVOL owners, including free harvester inspections. The campaign also provides spare parts, on-the-spot repair services, and technical guidance—helping owners save both time and money. The service advice and technical support delivered through this initiative have proven valuable in ensuring uninterrupted cultivation during the season.
